Our Gummies


Kettlebell is the most legendary original cocktail to be born from Monarch and the Milkweed. Created in 2018 by Eddie DiDonato, the Kettlebell calls for perhaps our most favorite spirit ever, Vermont’s own Barr Hill Gin by Caledonia Spirits. Our MILKWEED® gummy is made with Barr Hill’s Vermont raw honey, grapefruit, orange, lemon, cherry, live rosin and bitter cannabis terpenes, juniper, and love.

At Home Recipe

  • 5oz Barr Hill Gin
  • .75oz Amaro Meletti
  • .25oz Luxardo Maraschino
  • .75oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .5oz Honey Syrup (2:1 parts Honey:water)
  • 2 dash Grapefruit Bitters

Combine ingredients in mixing tin, add ice, shake, and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist and enjoy responsibly! We lovingly recommend Barr Hill Gin for this cocktail.




Moon Boots

Moon Boots is light, fluffy, and aromatic. Eddie DiDonato created this original cocktail at Monarch and the Milkweed in 2018 with Vermont’s own Barr Hill gin.  Moon Boots is made with juniper, lemon, and the fragrant Gardenia flower. We infuse our gummy with CBN, CBG, and full spectrum THC for a peaceful sleepyness.

At Home Recipe

  • 2oz Barr Hill Gin
  • .75oz Lemon Juice
  • .75oz Toasted Rice/White Tea Syrup*
  • Egg White

Dry shake until fluffy, then shake with ice. Strain into a coupe. We lovingly recommend Barr Hill Gin for this cocktail.

*Syrup is a 50/50 simple syrup (sugar/water) infused over heat with pan/oven-toasted rice, white tea, and Gardenia essential oil for flavor. Simmer all until slightly foamy, about 5-7 minutes. Add 1/10th of a drop of Gardenia per 16oz syrup, off-heat after syrup is cool. The starches from the rice, will help to provide a beautiful foamy texture to the cocktail.



Bee’s Knees

Bee’s Knees is a prohibition-era gin cocktail born out of the 1920’s. Our version of this cocktail is made with a bit of lavender, Barr Hill’s Gin, their local Vermont raw honey, and lemon.

Our MILKWEED® gummy is made with Barr Hill local Vermont raw honey, THC and CBG for a bee-well relaxing experience.

At Home Recipe

  • 2oz Barr Hill Gin
  • .75oz Lemon Juice
  • .75oz Honey Syrup*
  • 2 dash Lavender Bitters

Shake over ice. Strain into coupe, garnish with lemon or fresh lavender flower, and enjoy! We lovingly recommend Barr Hill Gin for this cocktail.

 *Honey Syrup = 1 part Barr Hill Vermont raw honey + 1 part warm water, stir until emulsified and cool.





Monarch is an original and namesake cocktail created by Kate Malmstrom during her many years spent at Monarch and the Milkweed. Kate was a meaningful leading team member and ambassador of Monarch, and this cocktail (and now MILKWEED® gummy!) is one of her legacies. Pineapple, cinnamon, live rosin and bitter cannabis terpenes are all used when making our MILKWEED® gummy.

At Home Recipe

  • 5oz Tequila (blanco/silver)
  • .5oz Green Chartreuse
  • .25oz Agave Syrup*
  • 2/3oz Lime Juice
  • 1oz Pineapple Juice (freshly juiced!)

Shake all ingredients vigorously for one minute until foamy. Strain into coupe. Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon and enjoy!

*Agave syrup is equal parts agave/water, heated, then cooled.
